Station formats

Four ways to put a DTF press on your floor plan.

Every booking is built from the same core rig — commercial heat presses, a transfer library, and a Merch Troop crew — configured for how your event actually flows.

1. The full mobile press station

Our flagship format: two presses running side by side, a printed design menu, garment wall, and cool-down rack, staffed by operators who keep the line honest. This is the right call for events expecting 150+ guests, where throughput matters as much as the spectacle. We stage finished pieces so nobody stands around holding a hot shirt, and we track sizes so popular blanks never run dry mid-event.

2. The personalization bar

A slower, higher-touch format built around names, monograms, and mix-and-match graphic menus. Guests build their own combination — a motif, a name, a placement — and watch it assembled on the press. Perfect for holiday parties, retail pop-ups, and hospitality suites where dwell time is a feature, not a bug. One press, one stylist-operator, and a menu we design with you in advance.

3. The UV DTF sticker table

Garments aren't the only canvas. UV DTF decals wrap tumblers, water bottles, laptops, and phone cases with glossy full-color graphics that apply in seconds — no heat near the guest, no cure time. Run it as a standalone table at conferences or bolt it onto a press station so guests leave with a matched set: shirt on their back, bottle in their hand.

4. The hybrid pre-print run

Need 400 registration gifts by 9 a.m. and live pressing from noon? We split the job: bulk pieces produced in our Orange County shop ahead of time, then the same artwork pressed live on site for the afternoon crowd. One vendor, one art file, two delivery modes — and the live station doubles as the place attendees exchange sizes without a fulfillment headache.
